Business

1. CITIZEN INPUT — Residents may speak for 2 minutes on an Agenda item which will be voted on at this meeting.

2. Discussion/Action to approve a bid from Newport Nate Services, Wisconsin Dells, for work on Man Mound Road to make a safer situation on a curve along the intersections of Man Mound and 4 resident private driveways. 
3. Discussion/Action to approve an addendum to previously accepted bid from Scott Construction for Man Mound Rd. The addendum will be for shoulder work for the approximate 3.35 miles of Man Mound at an additional cost of approximately $60,000. The work needs to be done after the road resurface is complete. 

1. Discussion on rezoning Hwy 113 corridor to Resource Conservancy led by Brian SimmertSauk County AICP Land Resources and Environment | Planning & Zoning Manager
2. Discussion/Action regarding a request for a pole shed by Glenn Bonham on State Road 113. The building would require rezoning from SFR (single family residence) to Ag.
3. Discussion/Action to approve a Siting Permit for a new Pole Shed for Jim Riley at S5026 Greenfield Lane.
4. Discussion/Action to approve a Siting Permit for a new residence for Kevin Greenwood at E13129 Bluff Road.
5. Discussion/Action to approve a Siting Permit for a new residence for Drew and Michelle Brinker on tax parcel 0280-0646-1000 on Rocky Point Road.
6. Discussion/Action to approve a Siting Permit for a studio/storage building by Sonja Madssen at S4504 Bluff Road.
7. Discussion/Action to approve a hop/multi-purpose building by Joseph Lubich at S5556 Bluff Road.
