SUMMARY:Special Town Board Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Special Greenfield Town Board Meeting \nDate:  Monday Aug 16\, 2021\nTime:   7:00 PM\nPlace:  Greenfield Town Hall\nThe Greenfield Town Board\, at the August 10th meeting\,  voted to allow Chairman Terry Turnquist to meet with several representatives of the local ATV club to discuss the items that the Town can control in an Ordinance that allows ATV/UTVs to use the Greenfield Town Roads. It has already been voted on and passed to create such an ordinance on a trial basis. Chairman Turnquist will probably be the only Supervisor to be at this meeting\, but it is an open meeting for anyone who wishes to attend. If an agreement can be reached this information will then be added to the Ordinance and will be aired at a Public Hearing prior to the September 14th regular Town Board meeting.  The Board will most likely then vote on this ordinance at the September Board meeting.\nAgenda Items\n1-	Discussion and action on creating a list of Town Roads that will not be open to ATV/UTV traffic.\n2-	Discussion and action on Hours  of the day that the Town Roads would be open to ATV/UTV use\n3-	Discussion and action on Dates of the year that the ATV/UTVs would be allowed to use the Town Roads.\n4-	Discussion and action on length of time of the trial period.
