BUDGET HEARING & SPECIAL TOWN MEETING

OF THE ELECTORS OF

THE TOWN OF GREENFIELD

7:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 12, 2024

At the Greenfield Town Hall

 

Notice is hereby given that at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at the Greenfield Town Hall, there will be a Public Hearing immediately followed by a Special Town Meeting of the Electors called pursuant to Sec. 60.12(I)(c) of the Wisconsin Statutes by the Town Board for the following purposes:

To approve the total year 2024 Highway Expenditures pursuant to Section 81.01(3) of Wis. Statutes. The proposed amount is $438,000.

.To adopt a Town Tax Levy to be paid in 2025 pursuant to Section 60.10(1)(a) of Wis. Statutes. The proposed amount is $262,446.

  2. Discussion/Action to approve Tax Levy to be collected in 2024 in the amount of $262.446
  3. Discussion/Action to approve 2024 Highway Expenditures in the amount of $438,000.
  4. Discussion/Action on a recommendation from the Plan Commission for a Conservation Easement Relocation on Man Mound Rd. by Tom Johnson.
  5. Discussion/Action on a recommendation from the Plan for a land split by Ryan Messer on CR W.
  6. Discussion/Action on a recommendation from the Plan Commission for a building permit to re-install electricity to the barn and well by Joe and Holly Vittengl at S5934 Bluff Rd.
  7. Discussion/Action to consider authorizing the Plan Commission Chair and Land Use Coordinator to issue building permits for routine situations. (Parameters to be determined.)
