USING PG58-28 w/5% CUTBACK AND 3/8 DARK GRANITE CHIPS
(Sample of aggregate must accompany bid, unless Bidding Contractor has used in town within the past 4 years)
MAN MOUND ROAD
Man Mound Rd = Approximately 3.34 Miles (Hwy 33 to Town Line)
Scope: – 1.58 miles West End (From Town Line – to the East approx. 1.58 miles)
Crack Fill and Single Chip Seal
- 76 miles (From Hwy 133 to West approx. 1.76 miles)

The Town of Greenfield does not have a hired Patrolman, Therefore the above must be Crack Filled (on West Section) with cold mix pothole patching where needed on the entire road prior to chip seal. Crack Fill and Pothole patching must be approved before Chip Sealing is applied. All patch mix must be leveled and rolled before Chip Sealing. Contractors must include patching all holes and broken edges.
WORK TO BE COMPLETED BY July 1st 2026.
